Form K1 Retrieval Instructions

Dear Investors,

Our accountants are making efforts to get the form K1s completed and issued by late March or early April.  Once they are completed and disbursed, we will add the respective partnership names to the list on this page.  Your tax documents will be sent to your email from [email protected].  Please add this address to your email client’s safe sender list.  When you receive the email, please click the link, which will take you to an authentication website.

  1. Click the “Send Code” button to have the access code emailed to you.
  2. Retrieve the code from your email and enter it into the field on the authentication website.
  3. Click “Continue.”
  4. Click “Agree”
  5. Click the download icon next to the K1 Package (as shown below.)
