• Security deposits are completely refundable.  Fulfill your lease and return your clean apartment to us, and we will return your security deposit within 30 days.
• Pet deposits are completely refundable.  We treat pet deposits just the same as security deposits; both are completely refundable if you fulfill your lease.
• Good residents make good neighbors.  We use sophisticated screening tools, and we discourage applicants who have felonies or evictions.  Those with good credit may get a reduced security deposit!
• Your home is our home.  Many of our management staff live on-site.  We look after your community as if we lived there because many of us do!
